I’m in college full time and I built a 1980 Suzuki GS550 Cafe Racer from the ground up. Took 2 years tho. Honestly, if the bike is running and all you want is to make it look cafe, all you gotta do is replace the bars with Clip-On’s and you basically have a Cafe Racer at it’s simplest form lol.
