I plan on having Rich’s Custom Seats in Seattle do mine this summer. I’ve dropped my pegs an inch but still need a little more leg room. Rich’s can add some height to the seat to help with this. They do same day builds and have you ride the bike with what they’ve built to make sure it works for you before buttoning it up.
